Since 2004, I have roasted small batches of the very best 100 % Arabica specialty coffees. My customers can enjoy a delicious brew of fresh-roasted coffee with a meaningful connection to the organic, shade-tolerant farmers in communities around the world. I also make chocolate, refined from organic cacao beans - with no soy, gluten, preservatives or fillers. Through a process of buying fine-grade fermented cacao and roasting, winnowing and refining it in my roasting facility, I produce high-quality chocolate that reveals the best of each origin of cacao bean.

The Princess Valiant Roastery will be closed April 5th - April 8th. Coffees ordered online during this time period will be roasted and shipped on April 9th.
